The Fluid Mind approach begins with a foundational understanding of Tibetan Buddhist mind training, and explores the science of meditation. The Fluid Spirit explores the tools students need to better understand their own minds.

BLISSFUL GLAMPING RETREAT

Join us on the shores of beautiful Holland Pond in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont for two nights and three days. Enjoy the rustic charm and waterfront access of these cabins known as "Bliss" and "Beyond Bliss". The visual beauty made complete with the distant songs of loons and gentle lapping of the soft waves against the shore. Find peace and magic during this weekend escape.
Daily meditation and yoga classes will be offered as well as canoeing, kayaking, walking, hiking, hammock lounging, laughing and much more. We'll have plenty of options for moving the summer energy into Fall.

A slightly elevated camping experience please be aware that the cottages are rustic. What do we mean by rustic?

  • One has electricity and running hot and cold pond water, the other has gas powered lights and fridge but no running water.
  • Neither have indoor plumbing, but both have tidy outhouses and a commode for nighttime needs.
  • There is no internet and cell service is spotty at best.
  • Food will be done as an “organized potluck”. Once you register details will follow from our Host Deb Feiner.

SPOTS ARE LIMITED TO 9 PEOPLE.
COST: $100 for 2 nights. Meals are not included.

Indulge in a day away in mind and spirit at Village Yoga, Newfane.

Start the day off with an all levels yoga class with Jen Frey, followed by a talk about the 6 Tastes in Ayurveda, and how they affect our doshas, and the importance of Eating Mindfully with Lini Mazumdar of Anjali Farm. Then spend time enjoying the garden grounds relaxing by the pool, or heading out for a hike. A nourishing vegetarian lunch by Lini will be served midday as well as afternoon tea. End the day with a SPA Yoga sweet slow movement and meditation that will have you floating home feeling refreshed and renewed.

9:00 - 9:30 arrival and welcome
9:30 - 10:45 All Levels Yoga
11:00 - 12:00 Ayurveda: 6 Tastes and Mindful Eating
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch
1:00 - 3:00 Free time to enjoy the pool and garden, or a mindfulness hike.
3:00 - 4:15 - SPA Yoga and Yoga Nidra Class
4:15 - 5:00 - Make a slow and relaxing exit
