Indulge in a day away in mind and spirit at Village Yoga, Newfane.
Start the day off with an all levels yoga class with Jen Frey, followed by a talk about the 6 Tastes in Ayurveda, and how they affect our doshas, and the importance of Eating Mindfully with Lini Mazumdar of Anjali Farm. Then spend time enjoying the garden grounds relaxing by the pool, or heading out for a hike. A nourishing vegetarian lunch by Lini will be served midday as well as afternoon tea. End the day with a SPA Yoga sweet slow movement and meditation that will have you floating home feeling refreshed and renewed.

4:15 - 5:00 - Make a slow and relaxing exit
